About the Role

Knowbal Migration is hiring a Sr. Executive – SEO to drive organic growth across our Skilled, Employer-Sponsored, PR, and Student visa categories. This role is focused on content and technical SEO — keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content quality — not link building or outreach-driven off-page work.

Who This Role Is For

Candidates who started their SEO career in content and technical SEO (on-page, keyword research, site structure, content optimization).

NOT a fit: candidates whose core background is off-page SEO (link building, outreach, guest posting) with no substantial content/technical experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain keyword clusters and topical maps for each visa category, prioritizing high-intent search terms.2. Develop and execute content roadmaps aligned with search intent and lead-generation goals.3. Conduct on-page and technical optimization (titles, meta, headers, schema, site speed, crawlability, internal linking).4. Audit and improve existing blog/content for rankings, engagement, and conversion.5. Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics; report on KPIs regularly.6. Identify lead-generation opportunities within organic traffic.7. Collaborate with content writers and developers on execution, including content planning and creation of content briefs.

Requirements

1. 2–3 years of SEO experience with a demonstrable content + technical SEO background (not primarily off-page/link building).

2. Hands-on experience with keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).

3. Solid understanding of on-page SEO and core technical SEO fundamentals.

4. Experience optimizing content for search intent and lead generation.

5. Comfortable working with GA4/GSC data for reporting.

Bonus: experience in migration, education, or other high-intent B2C lead-gen industries.
